What Drone Care Covers
Drone Care provides coverage for many common drone repair situations, including:

Drone Care also provides coverage for water damage, provided the drone can be recovered and returned to TXDRONEVIEW.

*In the event of a total loss, coverage will be applied toward the replacement cost. If the cost exceeds the coverage amount, the remaining balance is the responsibility of the customer. Once either benefit is used, coverage is considered fulfilled and ends.

Professional Drone Repairs
All Drone Care repairs are performed by TXDRONEVIEW technicians using professional tools and diagnostic software.
Our technicians may review drone flight logs and telemetry data to determine the cause of damage and verify that the repair qualifies under Drone Care coverage.
Gimbal Replacement Calibration
If a repair requires replacement of the camera or gimbal assembly, DJI requires calibration through their official calibration process (may require extra repair time).
A $75 calibration fee will be added when gimbal replacement repairs are necessary.
Shipping for Repairs
Customers who are unable to drop off their drone in person are responsible for shipping costs to and from TXDRONEVIEW.
Purchase Requirement
Drone Care must be purchased at the time of the drone purchase and cannot be added after the sale.

General Warranty Terms & Legal Disclaimer
Limited Warranty Coverage
Any warranty, protection plan, or service agreement offered by TXDRONEVIEW LLC is considered a limited-service agreement and does not constitute an insurance policy.
Coverage is limited strictly to the terms outlined in the specific warranty or protection plan purchased by the customer.
TXDRONEVIEW reserves the right to determine whether damage or malfunction qualifies for coverage based on inspection, diagnostic testing, and flight log analysis.
Diagnostic Evaluation
All drones submitted for warranty or repair service will undergo a diagnostic evaluation performed by TXDRONEVIEW technicians.
This evaluation may include:
• Physical inspection of the drone
• Internal system diagnostics
• Flight log and telemetry analysis
• Electrical and component testing
TXDRONEVIEW reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if diagnostics indicate misuse, negligence, fraud, unauthorized modification, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines.
Limitation of Warranty
All warranties provided by TXDRONEVIEW are limited warranties.
TXDRONEVIEW does not guarantee that a repair will restore the drone to its original factory condition or performance.
Repairs may involve the use of new, refurbished, or compatible replacement parts depending on parts availability.
Manufacturer Warranty
Some drones or components may also carry a manufacturer warranty provided by the drone manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties are separate from any protection plan or warranty provided by TXDRONEVIEW.
TXDRONEVIEW is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or coverage determinations made by the manufacturer.
Repair Liability
TXDRONEVIEW shall not be liable for:
• Loss of business or commercial revenue
• Loss of aerial footage or stored data
• Loss of work opportunities resulting from drone downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Customers are responsible for backing up any stored data prior to repair service.
Shipping Risk
Customers who ship drones to TXDRONEVIEW for repair service assume responsibility for shipping risks.
TXDRONEVIEW is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Shipping carrier delays
• Damage occurring during shipping
Customers are encouraged to use insured shipping services when sending drones for repair.
Repair Estimates
Repair estimates provided by TXDRONEVIEW are based on initial inspection findings.
Additional damage discovered during the repair process may result in revised repair costs.
Customers will be notified before proceeding with additional repairs that exceed the original estimate.
Abandoned Equipment
Any drone or equipment left unclaimed for more than 60 days after repair completion notification may be considered abandoned property.
TXDRONEVIEW reserves the right to dispose of or sell abandoned equipment to recover repair and storage costs where permitted by law.
Force Majeure
TXDRONEVIEW shall not be held responsible for delays in repair services caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• supply chain disruptions
• manufacturer part shortages
• natural disasters
• shipping delays
• government restrictions
Right to Modify Policies
TXDRONEVIEW reserves the right to modify or update warranty policies, protection plan terms, and service procedures at any time.
Updated policies will apply to all future service transactions.
Governing Law
All warranty services, protection plans, and repair services provided by TXDRONEVIEW shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes arising from services or warranty agreements shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Texas.
Payment Disputes, Chargebacks, and Warranty Fraud
TXDRONEVIEW LLC maintains detailed records for all purchases, repair services, and warranty claims, including transaction records, serial numbers, diagnostic reports, and flight log analysis where applicable.
By purchasing products, repair services, or protection plans from TXDRONEVIEW, the customer agrees to contact TXDRONEVIEW directly to resolve any service or warranty concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through a credit card company, bank, or payment processor.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving products, services, or warranty coverage may be considered chargeback fraud.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, TXDRONEVIEW reserves the right to provide documentation to the payment processor including but not limited to:
• purchase receipts
• signed service agreements
• warranty terms and conditions
• serial number verification
• diagnostic findings
• repair service documentation
• shipping confirmation records
If a chargeback is initiated for services or products that have already been delivered or performed, TXDRONEVIEW reserves the right to:
• suspend any active warranty or protection plan coverage
• deny future warranty or repair service requests
• pursue recovery of funds through legal means where permitted by law
TXDRONEVIEW also reserves the right to refuse service to customers who have previously engaged in fraudulent chargebacks or misrepresentation of warranty claims.
